Virtual focus groups provide detailed insights into the “why behind the what” in current and future channel, content and service behaviours and preferences, as expressed by customers (healthcare professionals, patients, payers, nurses,…). Across Health has developed a standard approach to minimise time to launch, which is then customised to fit the needs of the customer.
We typically recruit 8-12 participants for a live online session, which typically lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. All answers are entered via keyboard, allowing everybody to participate equally (no language fluency barrier) and easy reporting. Across Health moderates the session, and clients can observe the chat (and make suggestions to the moderator).
