Olga joined Across Health in January 2022 as a Consultant after six years in the pharmaceutical and Software as a Service (SaaS) industries.
She started her professional career within the Merck Group, in Digital Communications, before joining a French SaaS Company as Marketing and Communications Manager. Her multicultural personality brought her to Singapore in 2018 where she worked for Ipsen as Digital Projects Manager and Business Operations Manager for the APAC region.
While managing the implementation of a Patient Access Program in South-East Asia, Olga realised how much she aspired to improve access to healthcare and bring positive change to HCPs and patients. Furthermore, having spent three years in a very digitalised region, she experienced first-hand the benefits of technology when it comes to enhancing the healthcare ecosystem.
Olga had the opportunity to contribute to portfolio and company expansion into challenging markets by leveraging data-driven strategic analysis. She is an advocate for customer centricity and will be a valuable asset when it comes to developing and implementing multichannel marketing strategies and driving growth.
Olga holds a Master’s in Marketing and Business Administration. She loves outdoors sports and crafting activities and, most importantly, she loves sharing these passions with her husband and daughter.
