Martin comes to Across Health with a robust expertise in marketing, project management and sales. He most recently worked as an internal consultant at Amazon, providing strategic input for international accounts, supporting them in growing their business.
Prior to that, his entrepreneurial spirit drove him into the start-up scene in Berlin, where he quickly moved up the ranks to lead an 8-strong sales team at a digital healthcare company, and managed to attract the interest of a significant group of German HCPs for their online marketing services. He spoke to hundreds of doctors over the years to develop and finetune digital solutions and is therefore an expert in HCP online (and offline) behaviour and preferences.
In his most recent years with Across Health he developed a strong expertise in marketing automation, driving international projects for Pharma Top-10 clients in various state-of-the-art multichannel campaigns in DE, AT, the UK and emerging markets. He is keen in creating and analysing campaigns in Oracles Eloqua and creating and managing dashboards in Tableau.
His sales and service competences and affinity for data and technology make him invaluable for business leaders who want to translate their business needs into high-impact programmes enabled by cutting-edge technology.
He holds a degree in Political, Economic and Health Sciences and is committed to providing value-added digital „new normal“ solutions for clients.
In his spare time, Martin enjoys a healthy run and traveling all possible corners of the globe…he is always in for a chat about the mysteries of faraway hidden islands and taking on athletic challenges.
