Michiko joined Across Health in April 2019, bringing with her extensive expertise in business strategy, omnichannel customer engagement and digital transformation programme management.
She is a seasoned strategy consultant with 13 years of experience in management consulting and various industries.
Prior to joining Across Health, Michiko worked at leading consultancy firms (Accenture, Monitor Deloitte) with a successful track record of project delivery. During her tenure in consulting she gained solid experiences in sales & marketing strategy formulation, she assisted life sciences clients to design Go-to-market commercial strategies and highly efficient commercial models.
Her experience spans a wide range of industries, from which she held strategic and operational leadership roles in sales and marketing. For a direct-to-consumer brand she led large scale omnichannel marketing programmes, creating personalised customer experience.
Michiko holds a MSc. in Business Administration from Solvay Business School in Belgium. Alongside structured programme management methods (Prince2 and agile) combined with human centred design thinking, she proposes a unique approach to lead complex, multi-stakeholder omnichannel engagement programmes.
Originally from Tokyo (Japan), Michiko has been living in Belgium for many years. Outside of work, she is passionate about art, travelling and learning languages.
